1、各類油罐車均采用國內成熟的原裝底盤進行改裝，用戶也可自帶各類底盤來廠改裝。
2、罐體采用武漢鋼鐵公司生產的4mm、5mm、6mm、8mm優質鋼材，按國際標準制造，外形分橢圓或方形罐。
3、罐體內采用先進人對接焊技術，罐體成行后高壓氣體試漏檢測，使罐體具有強度高、重心穩、車輛運載平穩等特點。
4、酒精，等化工罐車采用韓國進口不銹鋼制作，厚度為4mm、5mm、6mm、8mm，也呆采用鋁板制作。
5、各類硫酸、鹽酸、堿液罐車采用塑料進行制作，厚度為12mm\-22mm，罐體焊后采用噴丸預處理工藝，實現除銹防銹，油漆采用先進烤漆技術，外形美觀經久耐用。
6、根據油罐車用途可選用離心泵、齒輪泵、同心齒輪泵、不銹鋼泵，具有流量大、吸速快等特點。也可選裝其他型號自吸泵。
7、油罐車計量可采用單計數、雙計數回零流量計，或選用車載稅控電腦加油進行計量，食用油可選用油品電腦計量器進行計量。

3、inside of the tanks are adopted advanced butt welding technique .after tank body being formed ,it’s inspected with high-pressure gas leakage ,which is to enable the tank body to have characteristics of high intensity ,stable gravity and safe vehicle transport.
4、Alcohol and chemical tanks are adopted stainless steel of 4mm,5mm,6mm,and 8mm imported from Korea
5、Vitriol, hydrochloric acid and alkaline fluid tanks are made of plastics and thickness is 12mm~22mm.
6、After tank body welded ,it’s adopted shot blasting pretreatment process to realize rust prevention and removal ,as well the paint is ;adopted advanced baking finish technique, which is to ensure nice appearance and durable quality .
7、According to the application to choose centrifugal pump, self-priming pump, gear pump ,copper-core gear pump, or stainless steel pump, which have characters of large flow, fast sucking . as well other types of self –priming pump can be used . we can make special tank, such as heating or attemperator pump according to customer’s special requirements .
8、The oil tank can be fixed with single-counting, double-counting control oil meter ,or choose to fix oil-filling dispenser with tax control. For edible oil ,computer oil meter can be used.
☆ 所有油罐車均可選擇安裝電腦稅控加油機，配帶15米自動回位加油卷盤。
☆ 加油車根據用戶要求，可安裝齒輪泵、離心泵、重油泵、不銹鋼泵，可加裝加熱管、保溫層。罐體有半圓罐、方罐。
☆ 可獨立分倉，可分裝不同的油品、化工品、食品。設計上可實現泵進、泵出過表，泵進、泵出不過表，自流過表、不過表等功能。
☆ 罐體尾部或側邊可按使用需求安裝1-3個自流閥。
☆ 油罐車計量可采用單計數、雙計數回零流量表，流量表可選裝寧波表、合肥表、重慶表等。
